CCTI students complete training course

The Carbon Career & Technical Institute (CCTI) was site of the graduation ceremony on Saturday morning for the students who completed the Northeastern PA Pre-Apprenticeship Training Initiative course which prepares the students to take a Union apprenticeship exam.
