Class of 2010

The first organizational meeting for the Panther Valley High School Class of 2010 all-night party will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 7 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. All parents, guardians and family members of seniors are encouraged to attend.

Participants will be discussing the upcoming powder puff football game, which will be a major fundraiser for the class.

Officers will be elected and committees will be formed. All ideas and suggestions are welcome.

PV Yearbooks

Panther Valley 2009 yearbooks are in and can be picked up at the high school during regular school hours. Please check into the office upon arrival. Those wishing to purchase a 2009 yearbook can do so, but quantities are limited.

Summit Hill

Democrats to meet

The Jeffersonian Democratic Club, Summit Hill, will meet on Thursday, Sept. 24, at 7 p.m. in the borough hall. Robin McArdle, president, will be in charge of the session.

To meet tonight

The D.O.C.S committee of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Summit Hill, will meet tonight at 7 o'clock at the church.

Scripture sharing

The scripture sharing group of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Summit Hill, will meet on Thursdays at 7 p.m. in the social hall of the church.

The group will be reflecting on the writings of St. Paul in the New Testament.
