Monroe driver facing DUI charge
20 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6, along SR115 at Arlene Drive, in Effort, Chestnuthill Township.
State police at Fern Ridge said Gregory Lutz, 47, of Blakeslee, was stopped at that location for suspicion of DUI, troopers said. Charges are pending.
