Monroe driver facing DUI count

A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident about 12:24 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said Dawn Killough, 37, of Pocono Lake, was stopped along Sullivan Road, in Pocono Pines, Tobyhanna Township, for a vehicle code violation. At the stop it was determined that Killough was under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest. She submitted to a blood test. The charges are pending the test results.
