Tamaqua teen cited for conduct

A 16-year-old Tamaqua male has been cited as a result of an incident at the North and Middle Ward Playground Sunday, Oct. 11.

Officers were informed of the incident at 6:38 p.m. when a man reported that his step-son, and the boy's friend, had been stuffed into trash cans by an older male. The action had been witnessed by several other people in the playground.

After a short investigation officers discovered the name of the actor. The teen received a citation for disorderly conduct.
