Carbon woman injured in Schuylkilll crash

30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, along SR443 in East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Heather Maturana, 35, of Summit Hill, was driving a 1999 Honda Accord westbound and rounding a curve when the car left the roadway.

Maturana swerved to avoid hitting another vehicle and her Honda impacted with an embankment and then rolled over, coming to rest on its wheels off the north berm.

Maturana was taken by New Ringgold ambulance to the Schuylkill Medical Center South, Pottsville, for treatment of injuries.
