2 cited for incident outside of store

Two persons were cited following an incident outside of a Schuylkill County store.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Howard Knerr, of Pitman, Schuylkill County, and Lourdes Adams, of Far Rockaway, N.Y., got into an argument in the parking lot of Lowes Store in East Norwegian Township, next to the Fairlane Village Mall, on Saturday, Oct. 3, between 3:25 and 3:35 p.m. The argument turned physical with both pushing each other.

Both men were cited for harassment, troopers said.
