Charges pending against two

Two Monroe County residents are facing charges following an incident that occurred about 8:37 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25.

State police at Lehighton said Micky K. Hardy, 23, of Reeders, and Fred J. Boyd, 40, of Saylorsburg, were involved in a verbal altercation at 3530 Chestnut St., Ross Township, which turned physical. Boyd received a laceration to his left ear during the altercation, troopers said.

Charges are pending against both men, troopers added.
