Man to be cited in Monroe incident
Anthony Scott Donahue, 39, of Effort, will receive a non-traffic citation from state police at the Fern Ridge barracks as a result of an incident at 5:35 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Filbert and Toll roads in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.
Police said it is alleged the man struck a 32-year-old Effort man in the face with a closed fist. The victim was not identified by police.
