Richard J. Hoben, Lansford, was elected president of the Carbon County Tourist Promotion Agency during a meeting at the Summit Hill Rod and Gun Club. Hoben, former editor of the Lansford Evening Record, will fill the unexpired term of Ralph Kreamer, Lehighton, who resigned as president because of employment obligations.
