Theft of cycle is investigated

The theft of a motorcycle from a Schuylkill County residence is being investigated.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred at the residence of Justin R. Donton, 24, of 6 Red Maple Lane, Pine Grove, Washington Township. Troopers said unknown criminals entered a garage attached to the home by using an unknown type blunt instrument to open the door.

Once inside the criminals removed a 2002 Kawasaki 600 bike. The incident occurred sometime between 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 and 1 p.m. on Oct. 23.

The bike is yellow in color with state registration plate ZNN23, has a silver switch to turn on the headlight located below the clutch handle on the left hand side of the bike. It also has an after market exhaust pipe located on the right hand side of the bike.
