October 29, 1991 Tara Minnich scores a pair of goals and assists on another to help lead Northwestern to a 4-0 victory over Moravian Academy in the District 11 Class AA field hockey semifinals. Minnich opens the scoring late in the first half and the Tigers, coached by Cathy McCullough, add three more in the second half. Jodi Dellicker redirects a Minnich shot early in the second half and Heather Gilligan follows with a tally to make it 3-0. Minnich adds the final goal as Northwestern ends the contest with an 8-0 edge in shots.
