Schuylkill driver facing DUI charge
A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 3:45 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 15, along Zimmerman Lane at Molleystown Road, in Tremont Township.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Zachary J. Tobias, 21, of Pine Grove, was stopped for a traffic violation while driving a 2001 Ford Ranger pickup truck. He was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI, troopers said.
