Arts Fest, book fair, Canal Day Festival

The library would like to thank everyone who supported us at Arts Fest, at our Barnes and Noble book fair, and at the Canal Day Festival. We couldn't be here without your help.

Grant

The library would like to thank the Wachovia Wells Fargo Foundation for their Community Partners Program grant of $1,000. We will be using the grant to buy new books.

Preschool reading program

Our preschool reading program is held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. It will be held on the following dates: Nov. 3, Nov. 10, Nov. 17, Dec. 1, Dec. 8 and Dec. 15.

Wonderful World of Wildlife

The next Wonderful World of Wildlife reading program will be held on Saturday, Dec. 19, and is open to children age 3 to grade 5. All are welcome.

Miscellaneous

- The library accepts used books; hard back or paperback, adult or children. There is always a book sale.

- Library hours are Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; closed Thursday and Sunday. Contact us at 610-767-6461.
