The Carbon County Planning Commission voted on three minor subdivision projects during Tuesday's monthly meeting. They are as follows:

• Kirk and Stacy Schwartz and Darren E. Reinhart proposed a subdivision at 144 Bear Creek Drive, Penn Forest Township. Plans called for the combination of Reinhart's 2.746 acres to be combined with a 2-acre lot from Schwartz's 163.37 acres, to create a 4.746-acre lot. The plan received approval.

• Cletus W. and Irene G. Milan proposed a subdivision at 1012 North St., Jim Thorpe. Plans call for splitting a .23-acre lot into a .1-acre lot and a .13-acre lot. The plan received conditional plan rejection until all conditions are addressed and adequately mitigated.

• St. Luke's Hospital and Health Care Network Urgent Care Facility, Richard Henry & Sons, LLC, proposed a subdivision on the northerly side of SR940, approximately one and a half miles west of SR115 in Kidder Township. Plans call for the subdivision of 98.227 acres into two lots. The plan received conditional plan rejection until all conditions are addressed and adequately mitigated.
