2009 Anthracite Football League All-Star Team
Five Panthers, three Blue Raiders and one Colt were all recently named to the Anthracite Football League All-First Team.
Panther Valley had Casey Lawrence (QB), Kyle McAvoy (RB/DB), Jake Dunn (WR), Jason Harrison (LB) and Ryan Richards (LB) make the squad. McAvoy was named to the first team on both sides of the ball, while Dunn was awarded the Offensive Player of the Year award.
Tamaqua's Anthony Bumbulsky (WR), Erik Krause (OL) and Garth Lakitsky (LB), along with Marian's Bruce Balliet (DE), made the first team as well.
