Correction: named in court item

In a Carbon County court news column, that appeared on page 23 of Saturday, Dec. 12, edition a name was incorrect.

Under the heading of mortgage foreclosures an item listed as an action filed by Beneficial Consumer Discount Co., of Elmhurst, Ill., was filed against Deborah A. and Richard Lienhard, 114 Willow Lane, Nesquehoning, over property at that address. The correct name of the one defendant is Ronald Lienhard. The TIMES NEWS regrets the error.
