A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of a controlled substance after being stopped at a sobriety checkpoint.
State police at Lehighton said William Henry Jones Jr., 19, of Saylorsburg, was stopped about 11:40 p.m. on Friday along SR209 at Mill Pond Road, in Polk Township, at a checkpoint operation.
