Financial Aid Night is scheduled for 6 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 9, in the Pleasant Valley High School cafeteria.
Also on Dec. 9, at 7:30 p.m., the band concert will be held.
On Dec. 14, at 7:30 p.m., the All Sports Club is scheduled to meet in the high school library.
Puppet musical

Drivers needed
The American Cancer Society has a critical need for drivers in providing the free transportation to and from cancer-related treatments for area folks. Trips are made Monday through Friday, in the morning and in the afternoon.
All that is required is a good driving record, some free time and the desire to help cancer patients in Monroe County.

Drama Ministry
Mount Eaton Church, Saylorsburg, will present "Scrooge: The Real Story," a theatrical adaption of Dickens' "A Christmas Carol," at 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 18, and Saturday, Dec. 19, in Faith Hall. There is no charge for admission.
Interagency Council
The next meeting of the Monroe County Interagency Council will be held at 9 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 9, at the Monroe County office of Penn State Cooperative Extension in Stroudsburg.
The speaker will be Edward Short, coordinator of Permanent Support of Housing Catholic Services.
