Multi-family construction project is given final ok
Cove Village Association, North Union Township, received final approval from the Schuylkill County Planning Commission for a multi-family residential use with an existing townhouse on 276.8 acres of land in area zone CM (Conservation Mining) District.
The action was taken by the commission at its monthly meeting held Wednesday evening at the courthouse in Pottsville.
The commission also gave final approval for Leon A. and Anne Marie Fenkner, of McAdoo, to subdivide 0.171 of an acre into three lots for existing single family residential use
Arthur W. Moyer, North Union Township, received final approval to subdivide 35.5674 acres into one lot for existing timbering project.
The commission reviewed applications submitted to state agencies for permits for various projects and had no comment.
Barry Isett and Associates Inc., on behalf of Hazleton Area School District, filed an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for a permit to construct two building additions to the McAdoo-Kelayres Elementary School in Kline Township.
Brinkash Associates Inc., on behalf of Eagle Rock Resorts Company, Hazleton, is seeking a permit from PenDOT for sewer project for its Algonquin Valley Subdivision in North Union Township and for the Western Summit South Phase 3 subdivision in East Union Township.
Entech Engineering Inc., on behalf of Eagle Rock Resorts Company, has submitted an application to PenDOT to replace the process aeration system at the wastewater treatment plant in North Uniion Township.
