Pfc. Merlin C. Hollenbach, 21, of Andreas R. 2, was killed in Vietnam. His widow is the former Irene Erbe. He's he son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hollenbach. He served as a mechanic at Scotty's Fashions in Lehighton and Palmerton, before entering the Army on May 22, two days following his wedding. Surviving besides his widow and parents are a sister, Ethel, wife of Delbert Weaver, and an older brother, Robert, at home.
