Man charged after domestic incident

Pocono Mountain Regional police charged a Monroe County man after a domestic incident.

Police said on Tuesday, Dec. 8, about 8:21 p.m. officers were dispatched to the McDonald's Restaurant in Mt. Pocono for a reported domestic dispute. At the scene officers were told by Amanda Crable, 24, of Tobyhanna, that her boyfriend, Thurman Flood, 22, of Pocono Summit, had kicked her three-year-old child in the back and further he was witnessed throwing a car seat across the parking lot. Flood had left the scene prior to the arrival of police.

Police later found Flood at his home. He is being charged with harassment and disorderly conduct, police said.
