Effort man facing Monroe charges

Jason Frey, 21, of Effort, has been charged by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks with criminal mischief and harassment stemming from an incident Monday at 12:52 p.m. at 129 Blue Ridge Drive, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

Polilce said it is alleged he damaged a cell phone owned by Vanessa T. Wong of Effort and also pushed her to the ground.
