Live Nativity
Rediscover the true meaning of the season this year with your family as you experience authentic costumed actors reenacting the first nativity. Live animals, spectacular sets, and music will touch your heart. Following the approximate 10 minute walk-through tour, complimentary hot chocolate and home made holiday cookies can be enjoyed. Each evening there will be a free shuttle bus transporting visitors from the Jim Thorpe train station on Broadway to the field beginning at 6:45 p.m. and running approximately every 15 minutes. The last pick-up time is scheduled for 8:45 p.m. Limited parking is also available at the "Live Nativity," which will be held at Sam Miller's field on North Avenue, in Jim Thorpe on Friday, Dec. 4 and Saturday, Dec. 5, from 7-9 p.m. There is no admission charge, but free will offerings will be accepted. The Live Nativity grows bigger and better each year. Don't miss this Christmas tradition!
