Police are probing attempted break-in
An attempted break-in at a residence in Polk Township, Monroe County, is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.
Police said someone attempted to gain antry to a home along Mountain Road in Evergreen Lakes, Kresgeville, by breaking a window on the home. When the intruder(s) were unable to gain entry, they fled in an unknown direction.
The incident happened between 2:10 and 2:20 a.m. Monday.
