Two New York residents cited
Two New York state residents were cited for an incident in Carbon County.
State police at Fern Ridge said Salvatore Guiseppe Locascio, 18, and Ciro Charlie Locascio, 21, both of Glendale, were charged with harassment and disorderly conduct for an incident on the road in front of 72 Pope Lane, Penn Forest Township. The incident occurred about 5:32 p.m. on Saturday, Nov.28.
