Blakeslee woman facing DUI charge

Rhonda Lee David, 37, of Blakeslee, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol as a result of a traffic stop Thursday at 2:54 a.m. on Route 534, near Jungle Road, in Polk Township.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said she was stopped for a traffic violation, after which time police observed signs of intoxication. She was transported to the Palmerton Hospital for a blood-alcohol test.
