Ejectment complaint
The Holiday Poconos Civic Association, Inc., P.O. Box 57, Albrightsville, has filed a complaint in ejectment against Joseph Sellare and Diane Sellare, P.O. Box 1564, Albrightsville. The case was iitiated by filing of a writ of summons that only notes the suit involved a land dispute between the parties.

College loan debt
Loan to Learn, an Educap Program, Sterling, Va., has filed a civil action againt Elaine Papciak, 96 Fairway Road S., Lehighton, seeking monies owed for two promissory notes the defendant signed and received money for while enrolled as a student at the Lehigh Carbon Community College.
The complaint contends Papciak was advanced the sums of $7,695 and $9,000, plus origination fees, as Education Loans on which she has failed to make payments.
The plaintiff is seeking the sum of $24,017.76, plus attorney's fees of $6,004.45, interest and court costs.
