14-year-old cited for shoplifting

State police at the Fogelsville barracks arrested a 14-year-old female juvenile from Macungie for retail theft after she was caught shoplifting at 11:38 p.m. Dec. 23 at Kohl's Department Store, Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township.

Police said it is alleged she stole $226 worth of items from the store.
