No one was hurt in a one-vehicle crash Monday at 3:03 a.m. at the intersection of Kings Highway and Leaser Road in Lynn Township, after the driver fell asleep behind the wheel.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks said Jared Leibensperger, 21, of Schuylkill Haven, was traveling west on Kings Highway, approaching the Leaser Road intersection, when he fell asleep. The vehicle went off the right side of the roadway, impacting a timber retaining wall with its right side. The vehicle then impacted two other concrete and stone walls with its right side, coming to rest across the westbound lane.

The vehicle sustained major damages and was towed from the scene.

Police said Leibensberger was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Lynnport Volunteer Fire Company assisted at the scene.
