A big thank you to Nesquehoning

To everyone who made our Memorial weekend visit to Nesquehoning for the 75th anniversary of Lt. Fred J. Knauf a wonderful and memorable time, a huge thank you!

To the VFW Post 8008, the fire company, the newspaper, the caterer, the auxiliary, the charter bus, the speakers, you did not overlook any detail. Thank you.

As we have said before and it bears repeating, Fred could not have chosen a more hospitable, loving and caring site for his memorial site. Seventy-five years of dedication is more than admirable.

So on behalf of his family, we extend our gratitude and love.
