Lansford police log
• Erick Mack, 36, Lansford: Terroristic threats, simple assault and public drunkenness on June 15.
The charges were sent on to Carbon County court on June 28. Mack is free on $3,000 bail.
• David Penberth, 47, Lansford: Simple assault and harassment on June 19. The charges were sent on to Carbon County court on June 28. Penberth is free on 253,000 unsecured bail.
• Joseph R. Becker, 35, Summit Hill: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and flight to avoid apprehension on June 3. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 26 before District Judge Casimir T. Kosciolek.
• Trevor Evans, 25, Mahanoy City: Possessing an instrument of a crime, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness on May 28. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 26 before Kosciolek.
• James Doerr-Niver, 18, Lansford: Simple assault, driving under the influence, careless driving, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered vehicle on Jan. 10. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 2 before Kosciolek.
• Dean Tessitore, 56, Nesquehoning: Persistent disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and alcoholic beverages prohibited on June 1. All charges but the public drunkenness were withdrawn.
• Michelle Lucas, 49, Lansford: Driving under the influence and careless driving on March 21. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 2 before Kosciolek.
• Jennifer Hunt, 36, York, and Anthony Thorpe, 30, Nesquehoning: Retail theft on May 8. A preliminary hearing for Hunt is scheduled for Aug. 9 before Kosciolek, and for Thorpe on July 12.
• Joseph Gentile, 36, Lansford: Accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, failure to stop and render aid, driving under suspension, and driving without a license on May 25. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 19 before Kosciolek.
• Stanley Kieffer, 52, Lansford: Possession of a controlled substance and false reports on May 24. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 2 before Kosciolek.
• Preston Walker, 32, Shenandoah: Theft on June 22. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 2 before Kosciolek.
• Thomas Laux, 43, Lansford: Criminal trespass, criminal mischief on Sept. 8, 2015. A preliminary hearing has yet to be scheduled. Laux was charged on June 2.
• John Urso, 38, Lansford: Simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief on June 18. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 19 before Kosciolek.
