Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin sentenced the following:

Gerald R. Fisher Jr., 49, of McAdoo.

Fisher was charged by Kline Township police with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, and criminal mischief on Aug 15, 2016.

Fisher pleaded guilty to the endangering charge. All other charges were dropped in plea negotiations.

Dolbin sentenced him to the 29 days he’s already served to 12 months in jail. Fisher was also ordered to pay a total of $908 in court costs and fees.

Damon L. Oliver, 43, of Mahanoy City, was sentenced to charged by West Penn Township police with driving under the influence, first offense; driving under the influence, highest rate of blood alcohol content; and driving with an obstructed window on April 30, 2016.

Oliver pleaded guilty to the first charge of DUI and the obstructed window charge. The second DUI charge was dropped in plea negotiations.

On the DUI charge, Dolbin sentenced him to five days to six months in jail, with credit for five days he was in an inpatient treatment program.

Oliver also was fined $300, and his license was suspended for one year. He was ordered to install an ignition interlock for one year, and to resume mental health treatment.

Dolbin fined Oliver $25 on the obstructed window charge.

His total fines, costs and fees amounted to $1,240.

Kevin Tansley, 30, of Pittsburgh, was charged by Tamaqua police with two counts of delivery, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; three counts of conspiracy; and possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 2, 2015.

He pleaded guilty to the conspiracy charges.

The remaining charges were dropped in plea negotiations.

Dolbin sentenced Tansley to the 86 days he’s already served to 12 months, with immediate parole.

Tansley was also ordered to pay a total of $940 in court costs and fees.
