Crash on Route 209 in Franklin
At least one person was injured Sunday morning in a crash along Route 209 in Franklin township. The crash occurred at 10:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes at the entrance to the turnpike. One vehicle rear ended another causing heavy damage to both units. Franklin Township fire police shut down the roadway. State police at Lehighton are investigating the incident.
