Nesquehoning Historical Society to meet Tuesday

The Nesquehoning Historical Society will meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at the Nesquehoning Borough Hall.

Gini Smith Steigerwalt will be the special speaker. Gini will be sharing her memories of Halloween decorations dating back to the 1920s. Members and guests are invited to bring their own antique Halloween decorations to the meeting to share with other group members as well.

Light refreshments will be served. Everyone in the community is welcome.

Nominations are also needed for officers for the 2018 panel.

There will also be a short discussion of business matters that will be affecting the society.
