The Tamaqua Rotary Club will present a perspective on the current opioid crisis from the viewpoint of a physician on Wednesday.

Guest speaker will be Dr. Joanne Calabrese.

The session will begin at 8 a.m. at Trinity United Church of Christ, 22 Lafayette St., Tamaqua.

The public is welcome to attend.
