Snow on Election Day

    Voters head to the polls Tuesday afternoon as flurries begin to fall. According to the National Weather Service, rain will be developing by 4 p.m. over all of northeast Pennsylvania. Rain will be changing to wet snow in the highest elevations by sundown and a small accumulation of wet snow is anticipated by 7 o`clock
    in parts of the Poconos. Elsewhere, even the lower elevations may see a mix of rain and wet snow develop between 4 and 7 p.m. but it probably won’t be
