Towamensing Township supervisors approved the following:
• The board approved advertising Kirk Summa and Company LLP as Certified Public Accountants for the township.
• The end of the year board of supervisors meeting was set for 3 p.m. on Dec. 28.
• Garbage collection rates for 2018 were set, and will remain the same as the rates for 2017.
