Lansford firefighters welcome Santa

Firefighters in Lansford are giving families a chance to have Santa visit their homes.

American Fire Company 1 is accepting registration for “Operation Santa Claus,” where the big guy will deliver gifts to children in the borough.

The event will take place Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. Registration must be submitted by Nov. 27.

Parents can drop off a wrapped gift at the firehouse between 6-8 p.m. on Nov. 28 and 30.

It costs $10 per child to participate, but no more than $20 for a family.
