With the two teams tied early in the second half, the Olympians go on a 17-2 run to take control of the game. Mike McHale tallies six points during the run, while Juracka adds five. Charlie McGuire contributes 15 points to the win, with Rich Reis pulling down a game-high 25 rebounds. Thorpe, coached by Randy Rabenold, also receives 15 boards from Dru Herman.
