Saylorsburg man facing dog law violation
State police at the Lehighton barracks said a Saylorsburg man is facing a state dog law violation after an incident at 4:01 p.m. Nov. 19 at 3000 Mountain Road, Ross Township.
The victim is a Saylorsburg woman, who reported to police the man allowed his dog to run loose onto her property.
