President Judge Roger N. Nanovic II accepted pleas from the following:
Timothy Michael Kunkle, 46, of Palmerton, was arrested on Sept. 8 by state police at Lehighton along Forest Inn Road in Towamensing Township. A test revealed the presence of a controlled substance.
Nanovic sentenced him to serve 72 hours to six months in jail, a fine of $1,000 and a one-year license suspension.
He began the jail term immediately.
John W. Bachert III, 65, of Palmerton, was arrested on Feb. 15 along Delaware Avenue by Palmerton police. A test revealed a 0.28 BAC.

A first offense, he was placed on probation for six months and ordered to pay a fine of $300.
Keith M. Enlund, 32, of Albrightsville, was arrested on Aug. 28 in the 700 block of Old Stage Road in Penn Forest Township by state police at Fern Ridge. A test revealed the presence of a controlled substance.
Sentencing was deferred because Enlund needs a comprehensive drug and alcohol evaluation, and he will apply for placement in the county’s Intermediate Punishment Program — house arrest.
Sean P. Glennon, 48, of Jim Thorpe, was arrested on Sept. 23 along Route 903 at Behrens Road in Penn Forest Township by state police at Fern Ridge. A test revealed a 0.08 BAC.
He was sentenced to serve 20 days to one day less 18 months in the county prison, pay a fine of $1,500 and one-year license suspension. The term is consecutive to a DUI parole term he is currently serving in the county that was imposed on Oct. 17. In that case he was sentenced to serve five days to six months. He served the five days.
He will serve the prison term on consecutive two-day weekends beginning Dec. 29 at 10 a.m.
Each defendant sentenced must also pay court costs of about $1,000, a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole and follow any recommendation of their drug and alcohol evaluation.
