Palmerton police report on incidents
Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:
Terroristic threats: Samuel Rice, 18, Palmerton, was charged with terroristic threats, intimidation of witnesses or victim, defiant trespass, harassment, disorderly conduct and stalking, for an incident Dec. 22 in the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue.
DUI: Michael Halulko, 29, Palmerton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possessing with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, flight to avoid apprehension, unauthorized use of automobile, two counts of DUI, driving under suspension, and numerous other traffic violations, for an incident Aug. 26 at Franklin Avenue and Park Lane.
Stephanie Roman, 33, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI, for an incident Oct. 2 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.
Stacy Miller, 29, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, stop signs and yield signs, careless driving, and driving on roadways laned for traffic, for an incident Dec. 30 at Seventh Street and Delaware Avenue.
A juvenile referral was filed against a 17-year-old Tamaqua girl for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and periods for required lighted lamps, for an incident Oct. 4 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
Public drunkenness: Michael Coulson, 52, Palmerton, was charged with obstructing highways or other public passages, and public drunkenness, for an incident Dec. 5 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.
Retail theft: Debra McComb, 61, Slatedale, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, for an incident Jan. 2 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.
Junking of vehicles prohibited: Daniel Pierce, 32, Palmerton, and Dareena Clay, 39, Palmerton, were charged with junking of vehicles prohibited, for an incident Jan. 8 within the borough.
Citations: Police also issued three citations for traffic violations and two for speeding.
