Carbon man cited for harassment
A Carbon County man has been cited for harassment following an incident that occurred at 2:10 a.m. Sunday at 240 Clarence Drive in Towamensing Township.
State police saidJoel Barlow Jr., 35, of Lehighton, punched a 32-year-oldWhitehall man in the mouth.
