Tamaqua police release information on citations

Tamaqua police released information on several citations recently issued by officers.

• Kevin Fuentes, 26, of 501 N. Railroad St., Tamaqua, was cited for disorderly conduct on Jan. 19 after a disturbance was reported at 7:40 p.m. On scene, officers found Fuentes wrestling with a woman. The victim did not want him arrested, saying Fuentes was just trying to get her phone.

• Allison Jade Sanders, 38, of New Ringgold, was cited for retail theft after she failed to pay for items she took from the Family Dollar Store on Jan. 19. The stolen items were valued at $13.

• Lee Philip Stetler, 37, of Enola, was cited for retail theft after stealing $13.29 in merchandise from the Family Dollar Store on Jan. 4. Stetler had fled the scene but was stopped a short time later driving a red Chevrolet Cavalier. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license.

• Eric Wiederhold, 43, of Frackville, was cited for harassment on Jan. 12 after making repeated phone calls to a local woman. He had been advised by police to stop calling her a day earlier.

• Aris Heimbach, 32, and Garrison Michael Lechleitner, 30, both of 612 Arlington St., Tamaqua, were cited for disorderly conduct on Jan. 20. Neighbors called police at 4:29 a.m. about loud noise, possibly a fight, coming from their home. Heimbach screamed at officers when they arrived and was very argumentative.

• Alysha Hartshorn, 31, of 646 Arlington St., Tamaqua, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a dispute on Jan. 12. Officers were called to the apartment building at 2 p.m. where they learned that Hartshorn had struck two people. The victims were reportedly punched in their faces. A records check revealed an arrest warrant for Hartshorn. She was transferred to the custody of Schuylkill County Domestic Relations.
