Summit Hill man cited for harassment

A Summit Hill man was cited with harassment after police were called.

Summit Hill police said at 8:40 p.m. on May 7, officers were called to East Summit Avenue where a person was causing a disturbance.

Once there, they found Fred Evans, 66, of 50 E. Summit Ave., to be causing the problem.
