Tamaqua man cited over loose dog
Barry R. Matalavage, 54, of 223 Market St., Tamaqua, was cited by Tamaqua police for allowing his dog to run loose.
The dog was found on Biddle Street on May 26.
This was the fourth citation he received for the same offense.
