West does most of his damage in the opening half, as the Tigers build an eight-point lead. The winners, coached by Andy Kalen, also receive 20 points from Lou Gregus, while Bobby Parfitt chips in with seven. For the Panthers, Marty “Cy” Domines tallies a team-high 26 points.
