Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Public drunkenness: Troy Dubois, 46, Palmerton, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, for an incident Feb. 16 in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued four citations for speeding, three for traffic violations and two citations for vehicle violations.
