Both sides in dispute cited

Both sides in a dispute in a Schuylkill County borough have been cited.

State police at Frackville said troopers were dispatched to 371 W. Mahanoy Ave. in Girardville at 4:10 p.m. on Saturday for a report of a disturbance. On scene troopers learned that Joseph Johnson, 23, and Venessa Crawley, 23, both of that address, were involved in a verbal argument which escalated when they both subjected the other to physical contact and threw items.

Both will be cited for harassment, troopers said.
